On June 17, at the “FIGA” Family Ecological Farm in Mszana (Krosno poviat), cheese workshops took place. The workshop was organized as part of the project “The Wallachian Culture Trail in the Polish-Ukrainian borderland” financed by the Poland-Belarus-Ukraine Cross-border Cooperation Program 2014-2020.
The workshop began with a presentation on the history and practices of cheese making in the region. Then the participants went to the cheese factory, where everyone could take part in the production of traditional cheeses, i.e. bundza and Wallachian cheese. The workshop ended with observing the daily work with natural grazing and tasting the goat’s cheese produced on the farm.
