On December 9-10, 2021, a conference closing the project “The world of carpathian rosettes – activities for preserving the cultural uniqueness of the Carpathians” was held in Kolochava (Zakarpattia Oblast) in Ukraine. The conference was organized by one of the partners in the project – the Association of local governments “Carpathian Euroregion – Ukraine”. The official part of the conference was held in the amphitheater built as part of the project. Responsible for the implementation of the investment was the Partner – Kolochava Village Council. About 60 people from Ukraine and Poland participated in the conference, including representatives of the project partners.
During the event, participants listened to panel discussions on, among others: expectations and achievements within the framework of the “World of Carpathian rosettes” project; cultural heritage of the Carpathians, including good practices in the activities of local and regional authorities and multi-sector partnership for the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage of the region.
The conference ended with a gala dinner combined with the St. Andrew’s Ball.
