On June 18, 2021, workshops on regional ornamentation took place at the agritourism farm – Farfurnia in Zawadka Rymanowska. The workshop was organized as part of the project “The Wallachian Culture Trail in the Polish-Ukrainian borderland” financed by the Poland-Belarus-Ukraine Cross-border Cooperation Program 2014-2020.
During the workshops, participants learned about decorative motifs, colors and decorative traditions in the Carpathians (Polish-Ukrainian border). The lecturer started the workshops with the presentation of motifs from literature and her own collections. Then, each participant chose the motifs that were of interest to him and transferred them to an ecological bag and specially prepared slices of wood. The workshop ended with a show of painted objects.
