On August 9-10, 2021, a two-day cheese workshop was organized in Bukowiec. The workshop was conducted by Mrs. Bożena Wisła, who produces rennet cheese from milk from Simmental cows from her own farm. During the workshop, the leader presented traditional recipes and cycles of cheese production from cow’s milk, and the participants learned about the secrets of rennet cheese production. The participants prepared rennet cheeses with various additives, learned the next stages of cheese smoking and the preparation of natural yoghurt with fruit.
