Ladies and gentlemen,
as part of the project “The world of Carpathian rosettes – activities to preserve the cultural uniqueness of the Carpathians”, the “Pro Carpathia” Association invites everyone to participate in free cheese-making workshops, which will take place on August 9-10, 2021 at the Agro Eco Tourist and Educational Farm Bożena Wisła in Bukowiec.
During the workshop, the leader will present traditional recipes and cycles of cheese production from cow’s milk, and the participants will learn about the secrets of rennet cheese production.

The number of places is limited, the order of applications counts!
We especially invite people interested in the traditional cultural heritage of the region and activities aimed at its preservation, who will pass the knowledge gained during the workshops to their institutions and organizations.
