Ladies and gentlemen,
as part of the project “The world of Carpathian rosettes – activities to preserve the cultural uniqueness of the Carpathians”, the “Pro Carpathia” Association invites everyone to participate in free cheese-making workshops, which will be held on August 11-12, 2021 at the Młynarski and Village Młyn Museum in Ustrzyki Dolne .
During the workshops, participants will prepare traditional dishes of the region’s cuisine.
We are waiting for applications until August 5, 2021.
The number of places is limited, the order of applications counts!
We especially invite people interested in the traditional cultural heritage of the region and activities aimed at its preservation, who will pass the knowledge gained during the workshops to their institutions and organizations.
