Video material from cheese workshops organized as part of the project “Wallachian Culture Trail in the Polish-Ukrainian borderland” financed by the Poland-Belarus-Ukraine Cross-border Cooperation Program 2014-2020.
During the workshops, traditional recipes and production cycles were presented. The participants learned about the practical aspects of producing cheeses typical of the region. The workshops were an element of promoting the culture and historical potential of the Carpathian region. Participants could also try local cheese products.
