One of the elements of the project “World of Carpathian rosettes – activities for the preservation of the cultural uniqueness of the Carpathians” are organized by one of the Project Partners – Podkarpackie Voivodeship research expeditions of an ethnographic and cultural nature. Their aim is to explore the places in the project-covered area related to Carpathian culture, such as the Carpathian culture. architecture and other creativity that is thematically part of the problem of common heritage.

From 22-25 November 2018 The first research expedition took place in the Carpathian part of the Subcarpathian Voivodeship. Its participants visited people specializing in cultivating carpathian traditions m.in. culinary, lute, handicraft and places shaping the cultural landscape of the region. The visit was intended to collect materials documenting the legacy of the said part of the m.in region. in the form of film, photographic, sound or text materials. This achievements, after development, will be used in the programmatic activities of the Polish-Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Centre “Rozeta” and on the website of the project.

In the Hall of Tradition of the Municipal Centre of Culture and Recreation in Haczów, the beginning place occupies a collection of instruments of domorosł lutnik Stanisław Wyżykowski. In these collections there are: cranklina lira, cymbals, organistrum, vanilla lira, psalterion, violin chick, violin of the surdynka. Mr. Stanisław also constructed bass viola da gamba, Contrabasses, cello.
